Free UK Shipping on ALL orders over £99 – we take great care in ensuring that your product reaches you in excellent condition.

All orders before 3pm are generally dispatched the same day but this isn’t guaranteed.

Once you have received your parcel, please check your parcel. If there is an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us by email at hello@tapdiy.co.uk with details of your problem in addition to the order number.

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday (excluding any public holidays and bank holidays). Orders processed after 3pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

Customers in the UK, if you do not receive your order within 3 working days, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible so that we can investigate this.
